KINGS PLAZA SHOPPING CENTER, BROOKLYN, NEW YORK

This Center has Macy's and Alexander's as anchors, with 328,000 square
feet each. In addition, there are over 100 shops and malls totaling over
410,000 sq. ft. The Center also has a multi-story 4,000 car garage.
A total energy plant with a capacity of 11,000 KW provides all the
electric power, air conditioning and heating requirements for the entire
Shopping Center.
H. Kunstadt was the Project Engineer for this significant store complex
of over 1 million square feet, in charge of the engineering design and
supervision of construction for the mechanical and electrical systems.
MARKET SQUARE SHOPPING CENTER, ORLANDO, FLORIDA
This center features Luria's as the main anchor, with an area of 115,000
square feet.
The commission for Kunstadt Associates consisted of designing the HVAC,
electrical, plumbing and sprinkler systems for this complex.

This store complex was built on the corner of Lincoln Boulevard and
Mindanao Way in the fashionable district of Palms-Mar Vista Del Rey,
within 500 feet of the bay. This center has 80,000 sq. ft. of
construction above grade and a subterranean garage for 300 cars.
